What is health?
A normal flow of blood and body fluid is a basis of health.
The basis of health is that there is no disorder in the flow of energy, food, necessary molecules, and information flowing through the body same as a social activity.
In a word, if there is no disorder in the flow of blood and the lymph, heart and body will be healthy, and if there is disorder the flow of blood and the lymph, heart and body will be modulated.
Each body organ dos not always work actively. If there are body organs working hard, some body organs are resting during that time. That is the characteristic of the body.
For instance, the blood flow of the stomach etc. becomes active after eating since the work of the stomach etc. is active.
Because the blood flow going to the brain etc. is suppressed by that amount, the brain's work is reduced and you get sleepy.
However, when you eat with your emotions elevated, blood flow to the brain increases, so blood flow to the stomach and intestines is restricted.
Therefore, working of stomach and intestines is suppressed, and a digestive activity becomes not active. In the first place, you should not have an appetite. Also, if you do heavy physical exercise such as running immediately after a meal, plentiful blood flows to skeletal muscles and so on, and blood flow to the stomach and intestines decreases. Therefore, you somtimes feel a pain in your stomach.
In this way, there is not enough blood to work each body organ at the same time, so if there are actively working body organs requiring much blood, there are resting body organs that requires less blood.
Therefore, it is necessary to live a life without overwork of the blood flow in each body organ in order to maintain health.
In other words, health is a state in which blood flows smoothly to every corner of the body.
To do that, it is necessary to rest your mind in order to avoid going of much blood to the brain when the body organs are actively working.
If the brain and body organs work chronically at the same time, disease of an body organ and so on arise because the insufficiency of blood flow continues in the body organs.
